This bill (H.R. 3200) is purely about putting the government in charge of YOUR healthcare. If it was not then why does it take 1017 pages to legislate? You can find a copy of H.R. 3200 Here.

How can Obama and our Congressmen expect us to buy into this new health care reform when none of them have read the bill? Many of the Senators have even admitted to not reading it. How many of us in the private sector could get away without reading importnant documetation that would have a direct impact on the companies bottom line?

The CBO estimates that about 10 million individuals who would be covered through an employer’s plan under current law would not have access to that coverage under the draft legislation because some employers would choose not to offer it.

“If you like your health care plan, you will be able to keep your health care plan. Period. No one will take it away. No matter what.”

Under the Kennedy-Dodd bill, that is simply not true for at least 10 million people. And the same will be true for any other bill that levels the playing field between employer-based and individually-purchased health insurance, which means any bill that offers subsidies to buy insurance outside of your job. You cannot avoid this problem. The mistake is not the unavoidable policy consequence. The mistake was making a Presidential promise that cannot be kept.

The public option will have to be to be funded by the tax payers. Even if we assume that it will be run by intelligent government workers there is no guarantee that we will reduce costs over the current health care system. Look no further to the quasi- government run Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. How have these two behemoths worked out for us? So what this means is that people will be able to keep their private insurance plans but they will still have to pay into the public plan. Thus the correct statement would be that “You can still keep your private insurance as long as you are willing to pay the feds extra for it.”

We need real reform whichneeds to start with removing the government from the system altogether. The States need to open the legislative roadblocks that prevent outside insurers coming into their states. Any time you impose a limit on your competion, pricing and choices will suffer. I should be able to buy a health care plan for my family at a reasonable cost no matter where I live. Let everyone be responsible for maintaining there own plan.

Oh, and if you are in this country illegally, don’t bother applying for health care coverage.

Meanwhile, a move is underway to silence conservative and Christian talk radio —to literally shutdown the lone voices of opposition to the Left’s wanton government expansion! Yet on this critical issue the liberal media are silent.

Over the last 30 days there has been an overwhelming push by liberals towards big government. Below are just a few of their liberal leftist ideas of what I consider to be their main agenda.

Socialized healthcare

A new UN Global Warming Carbon regime

Endless Corporate bailouts in the TRILLIONS of dollars

Key Government Appointees devaluing our dollar—AND PUSHING FOR A EUROPEAN CURRENCY.

A DOUBLING of our National Debt – AT LEAST

MORE THAN TWO TRILLION DOLLARS in new taxes – thrust on to the already sagging shoulders of American taxpayers.

Given the present crisis our nation faces, you would think the media would be sounding the alarm—carefully

reporting each and every issue and giving us the critical information we need on the sweeping, fundamental

changes to our nation being pushed through.

But that isn’t happening. In fact, just the opposite is. The liberal media are glossing over these hugely

important stories, serving not as reporters but as cheerleaders as the march towards Socialism goes by them unexamined.

Meanwhile, a move is underway to silence conservative and Christian talk radio —to literally shutdown the lone voices of opposition to the Left’s wanton government expansion! Yet on this critical issue the liberal media are silent.
